Summer Camps

Summer Session Runs June 7 - August 14

  • Camps are currently scheduled to run in person (with a virtual option - please email for virtual information) 

  • In person enrollment is very limited.  

  • 30% of camp tuition is due at registration with remainder due on the first day of camp. Balances not paid by the 2nd day of camp will be subject to a $25 late fee.

  • Camps must have 3 students to "make". (Camps that don't make students will receive a full refund)

  • All campers must be potty trained in order to attend camp.

  • Camp transfers are available until 7 days before the camp for a $25 fee.

  • Refunds and Cancellations - There will be no refunds if student cancels less than 7 days in advance. There are no refunds, transfers, credits, or extensions for classes not taken.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Because we appreciate and value everyone at Ohlook and encourage everyone to do the same, and in an effort to provide a healthy, safe and clean environment, we are implementing the following protocols as we try to transition back to in person classes. 

 

* With the understanding that covid-19 is a fluid situation, we will be fluid with it, making updates as the situation changes. Any updates or changes to this protocol will be shared with all active families immediately. *

  • Everyone entering the building will be required to wear a mask. Anyone that refuses to wear a mask will not be allowed in the building and any student refusal will result in expulsion from the class with no refunds.

  • In person enrollment is very limited and any staging or blocking will maintain proper space between students.  

  • Ohlook will not provide any snacks or beverages. Students will be allowed to bring snacks from home to be eaten in the courtyard on breaks.

  • No more than 2 people will be allowed in the restrooms at any given time. Everyone who uses the restroom will be required to wash their hands for 20 seconds before returning to class. Parents of young children: make sure your child uses the restroom BEFORE coming to the studio.

  • Only staff and registered students will be allowed in the building except for the final day of camp.

  • Attendees for the final day of camp performance must sign up in advance and attendance will be limited to 2 persons per camper. Final performances will be filmed for those who would like to watch virtually.

  • Everyone entering the building will be screened.  Although we ask everyone to self-screen for fever, cough, or any other symptoms of illness before coming to the studio , we will also check the temperature of everyone who enters the studio daily. Anyone with a fever >99.9 degreesFahrenheit will not be allowed to stay. Anyone “not feeling well” (teachers, staff, students or other studio visitors/volunteers) will not be allowed to stay. EVERYONE will use hand sanitizer upon entering their classroom.

  • Ohlook will sanitize all classrooms and restrooms prior to the beginning of each camp everyday. 

  • All students should bring the minimum amount they need each day. Ohlook will not keep a lost and found and anything left will be thrown away at the end of each day.

  • Before entering the studio everyone will be asked to fill out a daily screener. If the answer to any of those questions is YES, the student will be asked to return home and utilize the virtual option. 

  • For the health of everyone we respectfully ask that you do not come to the studio if 
    1. You are in doubt about your health or exposure to COVID-19
    2. If you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and you are still in required quarantine period
